Video Description

  • Access Unify stores your records in a secure location and provides easy access to your records.

  • You can sort and filter records in the Inventory page grid.

  • You can save or print a record in the Document Viewer.

  • If your subscription includes this feature, you can easily request digital scans of your records with the Image feature.

  • You can request digital scans of individual or multiple records.

  • Our team will quickly scan your physical records and provide digital images of the records.

  • You can add metadata to records to make searching for the records easier.

  • The Edit Record feature lets you add metadata to records.

  • You can export all or selected metadata from Access Unify, with or without record images.

If your Access Unify subscription includes the Orders feature, a page displays the orders you've placed for Access to scan and digitize a physical record (scan on demand).

 

On the Login page, click in Password field and select your Access Unify user name. Your Access Unify user name and password will be populated. Then click Login.
